This seasonal course showcases premium A5-grade Wagyu beef and abalone, thoughtfully prepared with fresh spring ingredients.
Beginning with our signature crispy spring roll Yukhoe, followed by abalone and bamboo shoot rice cooked in a traditional clay pot, and a tender Wagyu fillet cutlet sandwich, each dish is crafted to gently warm both the body and the soul.
